About Us

‘I am originally from Lincolnshire and I firmly believe in the traditional values of the countryside and knowing where our food comes from. My family has Italian roots which has also given me an insight into Mediterranean cooking and flavours from a very early age.

I love creating meals and menus, and especially enjoy the social aspect of meal times where everyone can join together, share good food, and have fun. Hence I have spent a number of years working abroad in this field.

I have previously catered for large groups of people through my experiences of running a ski chalet in Breckenridge, Colorado; catering for a cattle ranch in the Northern Territories Australia; and providing food for a shooting lodge in the UK

More recently I have returned home to my native Lincolnshire to bring up my family, establish Skendleby Catering,  and indulge in my other great passion, - gardening!
